发展新型抗真菌药物的关键是发现和鉴定致病性真菌生物合成或分子作用靶位。目前主要通过分析真菌结构成分及代谢产物,研究真菌成分生物合成途径及其相关酶分子以及了解控制真菌生长物和分裂的基因序列来发现作用于真菌的靶位。随着对抗真菌作用靶位的深入研究,在不久将来会产生更加安全、有效的抗真菌新药,对改善各种真菌感染预后带来希望,本文就抗真菌药物作用靶位的研究现状综述如下。
The key to developing novel antifungal agents is to identify and identify targets for pathogenic fungal biosynthesis or molecular action. At present, it is mainly through the analysis of fungal structural components and metabolites, the study of fungal biosynthetic pathway and its related enzyme molecules, as well as to understand the control of fungal growth and division of the gene sequence to find the target site for fungi.
