伦理视角下审视我国私企收入分配不公问题

收入分配公平问题,一直是我国社会各界关注的焦点,目前我国正处于迈向共同富裕的第二步,由于当前我国部分私企内部收入分配不公,出现了私企业主与工人的收入差距悬殊、工人工资增长的幅度低于私企利润增长幅度等一系列背离共同富裕的现象。只有政府、私企及私企主三方共同努力,才能使当前我国私企分配不公的问题得到有效的缓解和改善,使私企内部各主体的利益都得到公平合理的分配,在私企内部形成良好的劳资关系,职工的幸福感得到显著提升,私企的社会责任感逐步加强,劳动者能共享改革发展带来的好处与成果,民生问题得到进一步改善。 At present, our country is in the second step toward common prosperity. At present, due to the unfair income distribution in some private enterprises in our country, there is a disparity in the income gap between owners and workers in private enterprises. The rate of wage increase is lower than the rate of profit growth of private-owned enterprises and a series of deviations from common prosperity.
