2004年,四川省电信用户申诉受理中心共收到电信用户各类申诉及咨询600件。经申诉受理机构耐心细致的工作,对由于企业宣传不到位,或因用户对相关政策法规不了解等用户申诉进行了有效化解和排除。申诉受理机构对电信运营企业涉嫌违规经营和服务不达标的81件用户申诉(按信产部令第7号规定进行立案统计,其中网间通信质量问题按信息产业部信电函[2002]80号确定的“1+1”的处理办法进行案件统计)进行了立案调查处理,其中四川省电信公司35件、四川移动公司5件、联通四川分公司6件、网通四川省分公司17件、铁通四川分公司17件、其他1件。
In 2004, Sichuan Telecom user complaint handling center received a total of 600 types of complaints and consulting services to telecom users.
