自主学习是指学习者在教师或其他教育者的引导下,独立自主地进行学习研究,从而获取知识、掌握技能。俗话说,“授人以鱼不如授人以渔”。作为一名教师,我们不仅要教会孩子知识技能,更重要的是帮助孩子学会学习,也就是找到正确的学习方法,学会自主学习。在小学英语课堂中,我们所要做的不仅仅是让孩子认识英语单词,翻译一句话的意思,更重要的是让孩子能够用英语交流,而这就离不开教师和学生的共同努力。教师要让学生成为课堂真正的主体,使学生能够主动去追求知识、探索真理。因此,小学阶段英语教育的一个重要任务就是培养学生的自主学习能力,为日后的学习奠定基础。本文就如何提高小学英语课堂中学生的自主学习能力做了简单的阐述。 Autonomous learning refers to the learners in the guidance of teachers or other educators, independent study and research to gain knowledge and master skills. As the saying goes, “To teach people to fish as fish”. As a teacher, we not only teach children knowledge and skills, but more importantly, help children to learn, that is, find the right way to learn and learn to learn. In primary school English classes, all we have to do is not only to let children know English words and translate the meanings of a sentence, but more importantly, let them be able to communicate in English.
