目的研究紫红獐芽菜中单体提取物Bellidifolin的急性毒性及遗传毒性。方法采用急性毒性实验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验,以经口灌胃方式给药。结果小鼠Bellidifolin最大耐受量MTD为15g/kg,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核发生率结果显示紫红獐芽菜单体提取物Bellidifolin高、中、低剂量组与阴性对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论Bellidifolin为无毒类物质,无致突变作用。
Objective To study the acute toxicity and genotoxicity of the monomeric extract of Bellidifolin in Smilax glabra. Methods The acute toxicity experiment was used. The micronucleus test of polychromatic erythrocytes in bone marrow of mice was given by oral gavage. Results The MTD of mouse Bellidifolin was 15g/kg. The incidence of micronucleus in bone marrow polychromatic erythroblasts in mice showed that there was no significant difference between the high, medium, and low doses of Bellidifolin in the menu extracts of Bletilla striata buds and the negative control group. Sexual difference (P>0.01). Conclusions Bellidifolin is a nontoxic substance with no mutagenic effect.
