加强督促农村小水电站的建设管理、安全生产管理的规范化、制度化,建立可行的安全管理制度,确保水电站正常运行;制订和完善电站的安全生产激励机制;加强人员安全培训等。
We will step up supervision and control of construction and management of rural small hydropower stations and standardize and institutionalize safety management in production so as to establish a viable safety management system and ensure the normal operation of hydropower plants. We will also formulate and improve the incentive mechanism for power plant safety and strengthen personnel safety training.
