目的了解辽宁省本溪市中心医院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法收集该院2009-2010年上报的219例ADR报表,对患者性别、年龄、给药途径、所涉及的药品种类、临床表现等进行统计分析。结果发生年龄,以31~60岁年龄段发生ADR比例最高(48.86%);给药途径方面,静脉滴注引起的ADR比例最高(88.58%);药品类别方面,抗菌药引起ADR比例最高(52.97%);ADR所累及的器官或系统以皮肤及附件损害占首位(48.86%)。结论医院应重视和加强ADR的报告和监测工作,更好地保障患者用药安全。
Objective To understand the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in Central Hospital of Benxi, Liaoning Province, and to provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 219 ADR cases reported in the hospital from 2009 to 2010 were collected for statistical analysis of patient’s sex, age, route of administration, types of drugs involved, and clinical manifestations. Results The age of onset was the highest (48.86%) in the age group of 31 to 60 years old. The highest proportion of ADR caused by intravenous drip (88.58%) was found in the route of administration. The anti-bacterial drug caused the highest ADR (52.97% %). The organs or systems involved in ADR had the highest proportion of lesions (48.86%) with skin and accessory lesions. Conclusion The hospital should pay more attention to and strengthen the report and monitoring of ADR so as to better protect patients’ medication.
