肾脏损伤主要因直接或间接的钝性暴力所致 ,现将我院 1979年～ 1999年收治的 137例肾损伤诊治情况报告如下。临床资料137例中男 10 9例 ,女 2 8例 ,平均年龄 31岁。右侧肾损伤 57例 ,左侧 72例 ,双肾损伤 8例。车祸伤 57例 ,跌伤 18例 ,打击伤 36例 ,坠落伤 14例 ,刀刺伤 12例
Kidney injury is mainly caused by direct or indirect blunt violence. The diagnosis and treatment of 137 cases of renal injury admitted to our hospital from 1979 to 1999 are reported as follows. 137 cases of clinical data in 109 males and 28 females, with an average age of 31 years. Right kidney injury in 57 cases, left in 72 cases, renal injury in 8 cases. Car accident injury in 57 cases, 18 cases of fall injury, hit injury in 36 cases, fall injury in 14 cases, knife stab wounds in 12 cases
