为了解诱导排痰法计数细胞的重现性以及慢性支气管炎 (chronicbronchitis,CB)、慢性阻塞性肺病 (chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease ,COPD)痰液中细胞特点 .2 3例CB ,2 3例COPD患者以及2 0例正常人雾化吸入 3%高张盐水诱导排痰 ,其中 2 0例 (CB ,COPD组各 10例 )次日重复试验一次 .收集痰液及雾化前的唾液 ,经还原剂及恒温旋涡振荡处理使痰液均匀 ,行细胞总数及分类计数 .结果 :连续两次测定痰细胞总数稳定系数R =0 87,巨噬细胞R =0 91,中性粒细胞R =0 95,CB与COPD组细胞分类比较 :巨噬细胞在CB显著高于控制组 (6 7 8% ,55 5% ) ,而中性粒细胞在COPD组显著高于控制组 (6 1 7% ,33 4 % ) .结果表明 :诱导排痰方法是可重复的 ,CB及COPD气道表层分别以巨噬细胞及中性粒细胞浸润为主 .诱导排痰可作为了解慢性气道炎症的有用方法 .
To understand the reproducibility of sputum counting-induced cells and the cell characteristics in chronic bronchitis (COP) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) sputum, 23 patients with CB, 23 patients with COPD and 20 Cases of normal inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline induced sputum, of which 20 cases (CB, COPD group of 10 cases) repeated the next day the test.Collected sputum and saliva prior to atomization, the reductant and heated vortex The sputum was homogenized, the total number of cells and the number of cells were counted by shaking.Results: The stability coefficients of sputum cells in two consecutive times were determined as R = 0 87, macrophages R = 0 91, neutrophils R = 0 95, CB and COPD Compared with control group, macrophages in CB group were significantly higher than those in control group (67.8%, 55.5%), while neutrophils in COPD group were significantly higher than those in control group (61.7%, 33.4%). The results showed that the method of induced sputum excretion was repeatable, and the infiltration of macrophages and neutrophils in the airway epithelium of CB and COPD were the main ways, respectively. Induced sputum aspiration could be used as a useful method to understand chronic airway inflammation.
