日本需要进口的蔬菜品种主要有:洋葱、扁豆、土豆、豌豆、甜玉米、毛豆、南瓜、大蒜、大葱、生姜、黄瓜等。蔬菜种类为三大类:即盐渍蔬菜,冷冻蔬菜和森林蔬菜。日本市场每年消费盐渍蔬菜大约40亿日元,其中从我国和韩国约进口25万吨,金额2.5亿美元。从我国进口的约占总量的80%左右,即20万吨左右。由于我国冷冻蔬菜的生产多集中在沿海省份,运输距离近,价格也大大低于美国同类的冷冻蔬菜。所以,日本将会进一步增加我国冷冻蔬菜的进口量。各种森林蔬菜在日本也比较畅
Japan needs to import the main varieties of vegetables: onion, lentils, potatoes, peas, sweet corn, soybeans, pumpkin, garlic, green onions, ginger, cucumber and so on. There are three types of vegetables: salted vegetables, frozen vegetables and forest vegetables. The Japanese market consumes about 4 billion yen of salted vegetables each year, of which about 250,000 tons are imported from China and South Korea and the amount is 250 million U.S. dollars. About 80% of the total imports from our country are about 200,000 tons. As China’s production of frozen vegetables and more concentrated in the coastal provinces, transport distance, the price is much lower than similar frozen vegetables in the United States.
