基于双光束耦合的原理及实验结果,计算了纯LiNbO3和Fe:LiNbO3晶体中的有效载流子密度,对结果进行了讨论,指出光折变LiNbO3中氧空位色心也是载流子施主之一,且被激发的Fe2+仅占晶体中Fe2+浓度的一小部分。
Based on the principle of dual-beam coupling and experimental results, the effective carrier density in pure LiNbO3 and Fe: LiNbO3 crystals is calculated and the results are discussed. It is pointed out that the oxygen vacancy chromophore in photorefractive LiNbO3 is also one of the charge carriers , And the excited Fe2 + accounts for only a small part of the Fe2 + concentration in the crystal.
