小麦白粉病由白粉病菌(Erysiphe graminis·D·C·F·SP·tririci E·Marchal)侵染引起的,在我省小麦产区均有分布,一般发病均较严重,近年病害有发展的趋向,在一定条件下,小麦白粉病成为毁灭性病害。1979年兴义县下五屯大队个别田块的发病中心造成小麦白穗,致使麦粒成为秕粒。 不同小麦品种对白粉病反应的差异很大,存在着抗病,感病和耐病等类型。选育和推广抗病或耐病力强的综合丰产性状较好的品种,是防治小麦白粉病的重要措施。
