Metal nanoparticle inkjet printing direct formation of metal conductive lines, low cost, low consumption, the process is simple, is an attractive method. Although most of the current research focuses on new metals such as gold and silver, this experiment developed an inexpensive conductive material as an alternative to copper nanoparticle conductive inks. Prepared by the polyol process the particle size of 40nm ~ 50nm copper nanoparticles, the copper ions well dispersed in the low viscosity of the conductive ink. The experiment successfully demonstrated the method of forming the conductive line directly with copper conductive ink. The copper conductive pattern formed by ink jet printing has a metallic appearance and has good conductivity after heat treatment. After the film was heated in vacuum at a temperature of 325 ° C for 1 hour, the resistivity of the film reached 17.2 μΩ · cm.
