植物乳杆菌在动物饲料中应用的研究进展

植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)来源广泛,作为乳酸菌的一员,其具有调节动物肠道菌群环境,提高机体免疫能力,改善生长性能等生理功能,因此,在饲用抗生素替代方面具有重要的作用.但是,在动物饲料应用中存在抗逆性较差、作用机理和添加量不明确的问题.本文总结了植物乳杆菌近年来在不同动物中的应用,并结合在动物饲料应用中存在的问题提出展望,以期为植物乳杆菌在动物饲料中的应用提供参考.
