The rules of hearsay originating in the Anglo-American law system provide ideas for solving the difficult issue of witnesses in our country and should be used for reference. A profound analysis of the theoretical basis implied in the rules of hearsay evidence shows that the lawsuit justice and the maximization of litigation benefit are the basis of jurisprudence and economics respectively.
