本文是作者于1983—1984年在瑞典斯德哥尔摩皇家工学院暖通系实验室做的关于横向风作用下的排气罩效率研究报告,在试验的基础上总结出了排气罩的计算公式,公式考虑的因素有:1.横向风的影响;2.排气距离;3.排气罩相对于污染源的面积比;4、排气罩是否有法兰和挡墙,罩顶夹角等;5.有害气体发生量(或速度);6.有害气体温度。全文主要内容有: 1.试验设备、仪器、方法和原理; 2.无任何挡墙的排气罩; 3.靠一面挡墙的排气罩; 4.靠二面相邻挡墙的排气罩; 5.有三面挡墙的排气罩一排气柜; 6、单侧条缝型排气罩; 7.焊接工作台侧吸罩。全文将陆续在本刊发表。
This article was written by the author at the HVAC Laboratory of the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, from 1983 to 1984, on the study of the exhaust hood efficiency under lateral winds. Based on the experiments, the calculation formula for the exhaust hood is summarized. Factors considered are: 1. lateral wind effect; 2. exhaust distance; 3. area ratio of the exhaust hood relative to the pollution source; 4. whether the exhaust hood has a flange and a retaining wall; The amount of harmful gas (or speed); 6.
