借5-Br-PADAP作显色剂,于含盐酸羟胺的pH7.0溶液中,分光光度测定铬和钼的总量;再用CyDTA将Cr(Ⅲ)隐蔽,可实现铬和钼的连续分光光度测定。与显色剂反应的共存离子,可用氯仿萃取除去。本方法已成功应用于合金钢、电镀废水和工业废水的分析。
By using 5-Br-PADAP as a color reagent, the total amount of chromium and molybdenum was determined spectrophotometrically in a solution containing hydroxylamine hydrochloride at pH 7.0; then the Cr (III) was concealed by CyDTA to achieve continuous spectrophotometry of chromium and molybdenum Photometry. The coexisting ions that react with the developer can be removed by extraction with chloroform. The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of alloy steel, electroplating wastewater and industrial wastewater.
