目的:测定复方天麻颗粒中五味子醇甲的含量。方法:采用C18柱(250×4.6mm,5μm);选用甲醇-水(65:35)为流动相,检测波长250nm。结果:复方天麻颗粒中五味子醇甲与其他成分良好分离。线性范围0.045~0.72μg,相关系数r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.05%。结论:本法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确,可用于复方天麻颗粒五味子醇甲的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of schisandrin A in compound Tianma granules. Methods: C18 column (250×4.6mm, 5μm) was used; methanol-water (65:35) was used as the mobile phase and detection wavelength was 250nm. RESULTS: The schisandrin A in the compound Tianma granules was well separated from other components. The linear range was 0.045-0.72 μg, and the correlation coefficient was r=0.9998. The average recovery was 100.4% and the RSD was 1.05%. Conclusion: This method has high sensitivity, easy operation and accurate results. It can be used to determine the content of schisandrol A in Tianma Granules.
