目的观察党参、黄芪、丹参、生地、当归及红花等组成的复方中草药合剂对大鼠坐骨神经再生的影响。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为中草药组和对照组。两组大鼠均切断左侧坐骨神经后立即进行缝合术。分别于术后第4、8、12周检测两侧坐骨神经运动诱发电位的潜伏期和波幅,组织学检测有髓神经轴突数目;计算腓肠肌肌湿重及最大收缩肌张力。结果各指标经统计学处理,术后第4周,实验组各项指标优于对照组;术后第8周、12周两时间组,中草药组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义。结论党参、黄芪、丹参等复方中草药合剂对大鼠坐骨神经的早期再生具有一定的促进作用
Objective To observe the effects of Codonopsis pilosula, Radix Astragali, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Safflower on the sciatic nerve regeneration in rats. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into Chinese herbal medicine group and control group. Both groups of rats were sutured immediately after the left sciatic nerve was severed. The latency and amplitude of bilateral sciatic motor evoked potentials were measured at the 4th, 8th, and 12th weeks after surgery. The number of myelinated axons was detected by histology. The wet weight of the gastrocnemius muscle and the maximum contractile muscle tension were calculated. Results All indexes were statistically processed. At the 4th week after operation, all indexes in the experimental group were superior to the control group. There was no significant difference between the Chinese herbal medicine group and the control group at the 8th week and 12th week after operation. Conclusion Codonopsis pilosula, Radix Astragali and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine has a certain role in promoting the early regeneration of rat sciatic nerve
