对EPR核电站工程结构特点进行研究,介绍各种类型模板特点,最后得出如下结论:对于内墙采用钢木大模板,质量轻、强度与刚度大、周转次数多、安装拆卸方便;对于HK厂房、HL2/3厂房外侧APC墙体采用塔式起重机提升悬臂模板,可以独立进行高空作业;对于与HK厂房、HL2/3厂房外侧APC墙体相对的内部墙体外侧,选用钢框胶合板模板与自制小平台共同使用,保证在极小操作空间完成模板安装、支撑及拆卸;对于内、外壳筒体施工,内壳墙体选用塔式起重机提升悬臂模板,外壳外侧与内壳一致,外壳内侧采用液压爬模系统,保证通过自身系统提升模板及平台。
