目的:建立HPLC法同时测定复方米诺地尔凝胶剂中的米诺地尔和维A酸含量。方法:色谱柱:Shim-Pack VP-ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇和2%醋酸溶液进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:280 nm和350 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温:35℃;进样量:10μl。结果:米诺地尔和维A酸分别在4.0~240.0μg·ml~(-1)和0.05~3.00μg·ml~(-1)的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.999 6和0.999 3)。米诺地尔和维A酸的平均回收率分别为99.56%和99.36%,RSD分别为0.42%和0.50%(n=9)。结论:建立的测定方法简便,可行,适用于同时测定复方米诺地尔凝胶剂中米诺地尔和维A酸的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of minoxidil and tretinoin in compound minoxidil gels. The mobile phase consisted of gradient elution with methanol and 2% acetic acid solution. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and 350 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · Min ~ (-1); column temperature: 35 ℃; injection volume: 10μl. Results: Minoxidil and tretinoin had good linear relationship with the peak area in the concentration range of 4.0 ~ 240.0μg · ml -1 and 0.05 ~ 3.00μg · ml -1, respectively 0.999 6 and 0.999 3). The mean recoveries of minoxidil and tretinoin were 99.56% and 99.36%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.42% and 0.50%, respectively (n = 9). Conclusion: The established method is simple and feasible, which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of minoxidil and tretinoin in compound minoxidil gels.
