系统探讨了航天高精度、高可靠性等级产品在封装后,产品内部微环境中污染形成的机理和可能来源。初步收集了国外早期电磁继电器、惯性仪表制造行业内文献并研究和分析出可能涉及的污染类型,结合目前国内该类产品制造工艺技术现状,补充了新研究的污染来源,分析了进入产品内部的途径,可能残留污染的机理,以及清除的方法。首次提出了高精度、高可靠性航天产品密封空间“微环境”体系和“微动态环境”概念,以此开展产品内部微环境条件下污染产生的深层次机理、生长过程及对产品性能与可靠性的影响规律与影响程度的研究。
