随着社会主义市场经济的发展和完善,医院人事分配制度改革势在必行.中组部、人事部和卫生部联合发布的"关于深化卫生事业单位人事制度改革的实施意见"中明确指出,按劳分配和生产要素参与分配是卫生事业单位人事制度改革必须坚持的原则.我院是一所市级专科医院,从20世纪90年代中期开始实施人事分配制度改革,取得明显成效。
我院人事分配制度改革的实践
