我国大跨径钢桥面铺装的早期破坏严重 ,许多大桥的铺装在经历大修后病害依然存在。现行的沥青混合料设计方法无法适应大跨径钢桥面铺装的特点是主要原因。本文整理了大跨径钢箱梁桥桥面铺装早期破坏的典型特征 ,分析了大跨径钢箱梁桥面铺装应具有的功能及现有沥青混合料设计方法在大跨径钢桥面铺装混合料设计中的不足 ,在此基础上提出了大跨径钢箱梁桥面铺装沥青混合料“三阶段设计”的基本思路。
The early damage of the long-span steel bridge deck pavement in our country was serious, and many of the paved bridges still survived the overhaul. The current design method of asphalt mixture can not meet the characteristics of large span steel deck pavement is the main reason. In this paper, the typical characteristics of early failure of deck pavement of long-span steel box girder bridge are analyzed. The function of long-span steel box girder deck pavement should be analyzed and the existing design methods of asphalt mixture in long- On the basis of this, the basic idea of “three-stage design” of long-span steel box girder bridge deck paving asphalt mixture is put forward.
