配装药是临床护理操作中常见而又较繁琐的工作。从实际工作中我们观察到，惯用的配装药方法可概括为：稀释液外注射器药物。这种开放式的方法不仅给护士带来很多不便，而且增加了污染机会。由于空气中有害物质（细菌、粉尘等）随药液进入患者体内所导致的输液反应也常有发生。
Drug loading is a common but cumbersome task in clinical nursing operations. From practical work, we observed that the customary drug loading method can be summarized as follows: dilution of the external syringe drug. This open approach not only inconveniences the nurse but also increases the chance of contamination. Due to the harmful substances (bacteria, dust, etc.) in the air, the infusion reactions that occur when the liquid enters the patient’s body often occur.
