儿童氟乙酰胺中毒发生心脏损害24例

我院自1994年以来共收治氟乙酰胺中毒患儿30例,其中24例出现心脏损害,现总结如下。1 临床资料1.1 对象:本组病例均为临床确诊为氟乙酰胺中毒的患儿。共中男23例,女17例,年龄1.5~9岁。中毒途径为消化道。以往均无心脏病史。 Since 1994, our hospital has admitted 30 cases of children with fluoroacetamide poisoning, of which 24 cases of heart damage, are summarized as follows. 1 clinical data 1.1 Object: This group of patients are clinically diagnosed as fluoroacetamide poisoning in children. A total of 23 males and 17 females, aged 1.5 to 9 years. Poisoning way for the digestive tract. No previous history of heart disease.
