利用数值模拟计算技术对水平锌带地床交流缓解效果的影响因素及其影响规律进行了研究。结果表明:水平锌带地床的交流缓解效果随着地床与管道间距的增大而逐渐降低,但存在一个最大的地床安装间距;随着地床埋深的增加,地床覆盖范围内管道交流干扰电压升高,地床覆盖范围外管道的交流干扰电压降低,且地床的整体有效影响范围增加;在一定范围内,地床的缓解效率随地床长度的增加而增大,但超过一定长度后,其缓解效率增加缓慢;地床铺设时应尽可能将其中心接近管道最大交流干扰电压处;随着地床与管道连接间距的增大,管道的交流干扰电压逐渐增大,经济有效的连接间距为500m,连接位置最好选择交流干扰最大的地方。
Using numerical simulation technique, the influencing factors and influencing rules of AC alleviating effect on horizontal zinc zone bed were studied. The results show that the exchange mitigation effect of horizontal zinc zone bed decreases gradually with the increase of the distance between bed and pipeline, but there is a maximum spacing of ground bed. With the increase of ground bed depth, The interference voltage is increased and the AC interference voltage of the pipe outside the ground bed coverage is decreased, and the overall effective influence range of the ground bed is increased. Within a certain range, the ground bed efficiency increases with the increase of the ground bed length, but exceeds a certain length , The mitigation efficiency increases slowly; when laying on the bed, its center should be as close as possible to the maximum AC interference voltage of the pipeline; as the spacing between the ground bed and the pipeline increases, the AC interference voltage of the pipeline gradually increases, and the cost-effective connection 500m spacing, the best location to choose the location of the largest AC interference.
