目的分析鸦胆子油乳注射液不良反应(ADR)的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法通过检索1990年1月—2016年9月中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库等医药数据库,下载关于鸦胆子油乳注射液ADR的文献报道,并结合马鞍山市人民医院上报的4例ADR,进行统计和分析。结果共收集到76例ADR病例,其中老年患者多见,男性居多(61.84%),用药各时段均可发生ADR,最主要的表现为过敏反应(27.71%)、消化系统损伤(26.51%)和皮肤及其附件损伤(19.28%)。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液在临床应用中会引起多种ADR,其发生与多种因素相关,应加强对该药的合理使用及临床监测,保证用药安全。 Objective To analyze the general rules and characteristics of Adverse Reactions (ADR) in Brucea Javanica Oil Injection and provide the basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods The literature about ADR of Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection was downloaded from the database of Chinese academic journals, Wanfang database and VIP database from January 1990 to September 2016, and combined with 4 reported by Maanshan Municipal People’s Hospital Example ADR, for statistics and analysis. Results A total of 76 cases of ADR were collected, of which the elderly were more common, the majority of men (61.84%), the occurrence of ADR at different time points, the most common manifestations were allergic reaction (27.71%), digestive system injury Skin and its attachment damage (19.28%). Conclusion Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection will cause a variety of ADRs in clinical application. The incidence of ADRs is related to many factors. The reasonable use and clinical monitoring of this drug should be strengthened to ensure the safety of medication.
