考察了由铁、锌、镁、铬等组份所制备的三元或四元铁尖品石催化剂的丁烯氧化脱氢性能。其突出特点是反应中所生成的含氧有机副产物较少,在文中所述条件下,气、液相醛、酮、酸的总生成率不大于1%。同时在实验窒小型固定床上进行了500小时短期稳定性试验,并将实验结果与催化剂的制备方法和结构分析数据进行了关联。
The oxidative dehydrogenation of butene from ternary or quaternary iron pinotrophies prepared from iron, zinc, magnesium and chromium was investigated. Its outstanding feature is the reaction of oxygen-containing organic by-products generated less, under the conditions described in the gas and liquid aldehydes, ketones, the total acid formation rate of not more than 1%. At the same time, a short-term stability test of 500 hours was carried out on a small fixed-bed experiment, and the experimental results were correlated with the preparation method of the catalyst and the structural analysis data.
