通过对拖拉机碟形弹簧的化学成分、热处理和表面机械强化工艺、硬度、金相分析及强化疲劳试验,发现弹簧脱碳层、硬度和表面机械强化工艺不足是产生弹簧疲劳断裂的主要原因。通过对脱碳层、硬度的控制及挤压圆角、抛丸等表面机械强化工艺的改善,产品性能满足了使用要求。
Through the chemical composition of the tractor disc spring, heat treatment and surface mechanical strengthening process, hardness, metallographic analysis and strengthening fatigue test, it is found that the spring decarburization layer, hardness and surface mechanical strengthening process are the main causes of spring fatigue fracture. Through the decarburization layer, the hardness control and extrusion fillet, shot blasting and other surface mechanical strengthening process improvement, product performance to meet the requirements.
