为探测某油田原油伴生气中苯系化合物含量情况,随机选择5个采油厂、1个输油处作为研究对象,于2013—2015年间连续对计量间、输油泵房、转油站储油罐罐口、加药间加药罐罐口、油井井口及操作员工呼吸带进行采样检测。3 382份检测样品中,苯、甲苯、二甲苯的检出率分别为27.76%、22.41%、17.50%,员工呼吸带超标率分别为6.96%、2.10%、1.36%。苯系物含量依次为井口>储油罐口>加药罐口,该油田原油为饱和烃和芳香烃(含量15.1%~20.6%)的混合物。苯系物主要来源于原油组分及油田助剂(清防蜡剂、破乳剂),该油田职业卫生关键控制点为油井井口、储油罐罐口、加药间加药罐口。目前使用的3种清防蜡剂中均含有苯系物,3种破乳剂中YT-100是加药间苯系物的主要来源。建议公司继续加大对生产助剂使用的监管,及时引进新型助剂,加强个人防护以最大限度降低对员工身体危害,保护身体健康。
In order to detect the content of benzene compounds in the associated gas of crude oil in a certain oilfield, 5 oil production plants and 1 oil transfer station were randomly selected as the research object. The detection rates of benzene, toluene and xylene in 3 382 samples were 27.76%, 22.41% and 17.50% respectively, and the over-standard rates of respiratory band were 6.96%, 2.10% and 1.36% respectively. The content of benzene series compounds is wellhead> oil storage tank> chemical tank. The crude oil is a mixture of saturated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons (content 15.1% ~ 20.6%). Benzene series are mainly derived from crude oil components and oil additives (anti-wax agent, demulsifier), the key occupational health point of the oil wellhead wellhead, tank mouth, plus drug dosing mouth. At present, the three kinds of paraffin inhibitors contain benzene series. Among the three types of demulsifiers, YT-100 is the main source of benzene compounds. It is recommended that the Company continue to increase its supervision on the use of production auxiliaries, introduce new additives in a timely manner, strengthen personal protection so as to minimize the harm to the employees and protect the health of the employees.
