巴西矿业联合公司(MBR)皮库(Pico)铁矿的扩建工程已于1994年9月竣工,从而使该矿的生产能力从原来的350万t/a增加到1200万t/a。该矿的扩建部分采用了先进的、独特的下行发电制长距离脐带输送机系统。本文着重介绍了该系统的构成以及新的选矿工艺流程,并介绍了今后进一步的技术改造措施。
The extension of the Pico iron mine at Brazilian Mining Incorporated (MBR) was completed in September 1994, increasing the mine’s production capacity from 3.5 million t / a to 12 million t / a. Part of the expansion of the mine using advanced, unique long-distance downlink generation of umbilical conveyor system. This article focuses on the composition of the system as well as the new beneficiation process, and introduces further technical transformation measures in the future.
