本文报道了确诊为Wegener肉芽肿者9例,中线坏死性肉芽肿者10例。前者男7例女2例,后者男8例,女2例,均以男性占多数,并以中青年最多。发病过程均较为缓渐。9例Wegener肉芽肿全有上呼吸道侵犯,肺内出现病损者4例,眼部受侵犯者3例。皮肤损害者2例。肝肿大者3例,脾肿大者2例。肾脏损害4例。此外尚有侵及淋巴结、四肢大关节
This article reports the diagnosis of Wegener’s granulomatosis in 9 cases, 10 cases of central necrotic granuloma. The former male 7 cases of female 2 cases, the latter male 8 cases, female 2 cases, both male majority, and the largest number of middle-aged and young. The incidence of more gradual process.
