目的:建立HPLC法测定冬胃颗粒中高良姜素的含量。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(38∶62),检测波长:266 nm。结果:冬胃颗粒中高良姜素在1.6～56μg.ml-1范围呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5;回收率为98.70%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法准确、简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of galangin in Dongwei granules. Methods: The column was Diamonsil (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (38:62). The detection wavelength was 266 nm. Results: Good galangin in Dongwei granule showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.6-56μg · ml-1, r = 0.999 5; the recovery was 98.70% and the RSD was 1.8% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established method is accurate, simple, sensitive and reliable and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
