航空惯导是现代飞机不可或缺的关键系统,由于其技术含量非常高,一直是西方国家对华技术封锁的若干技术之一。改革开放之初,我国航空工业在开展对外技术合作时,曾有国外朋友向中国航空工业领导建议:惯性导航技术难度太大,最好能够引进。也确实有好几个工业基础较好的发达国家,面对当时采用挠性器件的第二代惯导,停下了研发的计划,转而向美国引进技术。这些朋友预测中国没有能力自行研发。因此,中国飞机所需要的惯导到底是自主研制还是依靠进口,在很长一段时间里,一直存在争论。在这种局面下,冯培德与618所科研团队没有受到影响,经过长时间的艰苦奋斗,最终使我国航空惯导技术从无到有、从低水平逐步向国际先进水平冲击。在这个漫长、曲折、坎坷的岁月中,冯培德一直坚守在科研最前线,其对航空惯导技术锲而不舍的精神为人们称道,心中始终燃烧着为祖国航空工业献身的激情。当我们回顾这一段历史时,我们既为我国航空惯导今天取得的成就感到自豪,也深深感受到了冯培德及其领导下的科研团队跋涉历程的不易。
Aviation inertial navigation is an indispensable key system of modern aircraft. Due to its high technical content, aviation inertial navigation has always been one of several technologies blocked by technology from western countries. At the beginning of the reform and opening up, when China’s aviation industry carried out technical cooperation with other countries, some foreign friends had suggested to the leadership of China’s aviation industry: inertial navigation technology was too difficult and most likely to be introduced. Indeed, there are quite a few industrialized countries with better industrial foundation. In the face of the second generation of inertial navigation using flexible devices at the time, the R & D plan was stopped and technology was introduced to the United States instead. These friends predict that China is not capable of self-development. Therefore, it has been argued for a long period of time whether the required guidance for Chinese aircraft is self-developed or imported. In this situation, Feng Peide and 618 research teams have not been affected, after a long period of hard work, eventually make China’s aviation inertial navigation technology from scratch, from a low level to the international advanced level of impact. In this long, tortuous and bumpy years, Feng Peide has been sticking to the forefront of scientific research, its inertia for aviation inertial technology for people praised, the heart has always been burning passion for the motherland’s aviation industry. As we review this passage of history, we both are proud of the accomplishments made by our aviation navigation guide today and are deeply impressed by the difficult journey of Feng Peide and the research teams under his leadership.
