目的 :建立红桃K生血剂中铁的含量测定方法。方法 :采用流动注射法测定红桃K生血剂中铁的含量。以水为流动相 ,流速为 4.5ml/min ,0 .1%硫氰酸铵溶液为显色剂 ,流速为 3.6ml/min ,采样体积为 5 0 μl,频率为 12 0次 /h ,反应通道为 80cm ,测定波长为 475nm(每样进 3次 ) ,记录峰高。结果 :铁浓度的检测线性范围为 13 .4~ 40 .2 μg/ml,相关系数0 .9999,样品的平均加样回收率为 99.35 % ,RSD为 0 .72 % ,Zn2 +,Mg2 +,Al3+,Ca2 +,Cu2 +等金属离子对本法无干扰。结论 :本法方法简单、结果准确、重复性好 ,可有效地控制该药品的质量
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of iron in KCHH. Methods: Flow injection method was used to determine the content of iron in Kaohe Kaohong agent.
