确立和提升司法权威成为和谐社会的建成,法治社会的建设之关键。司法权威的确立与司法公信力之间有着密切的关系。司法权威的获得最终是源于民众出自内心的对其认可和服从。司法公信力的提升是一项系统性的工程。而判决制度作为整个司法制度的核心一环,其更是司法审判权的直接体现,因此,如何完善健全现行判决制度,增强民众对司法公信力和司法权威的信心无疑有着相当直接的作用。本文通过从行政判决种类之完善;行政判决效力之完善;行政判决说理性之完善以及行政判决执行之完善这几个角度提出了自己的意见和建议。 Establishing and Promoting Judicial Authority Become the Key to Constructing a Harmonious Society and Constructing a Law Society. There is a close relationship between the establishment of judicial authority and the credibility of the judiciary. The ultimate acquisition of judicial authority comes from people’s recognition and obedience to them. The promotion of judicial credibility is a systematic project. Judgment system, as a core part of the entire judicial system, is the direct manifestation of the judicial jurisdiction. Therefore, it is undoubtedly quite direct to improve and perfect the current judgment system and enhance public confidence in judicial credibility and judicial authority. This article puts forward my own opinions and suggestions through improving the types of administrative judgments, improving the effectiveness of administrative judgments, improving the rationality of administrative judgments and improving the enforcement of administrative judgments.
