随着改革的不断深入,当代中国社会经济和生活方式迅速发生着变化。昔日闭塞古朴的农业社会,日益被现代化的城市所取代,同时,国际文化的交流大大地开阔了人们的视野,于是人们的社会心理结构和思维方式随之发生了极大的变化,面对群众文化审美观念和审美需求的不断变化,面对千变万化的信息时代,作为文化馆的业务干部应该进行思考,与时俱进,开拓创新,以便更好的完成本职,做好文化馆的培训与辅导工作。
With the continuous deepening of reform, the social economy and lifestyle in contemporary China have rapidly changed. In the meantime, the ancient agrarian society that was occluded in the past was replaced by the modernized city day by day. At the same time, the exchange of international culture greatly broadened people’s perspectives. As a result, people’s psychosocial structure and thinking mode greatly changed, Cultural aesthetics and aesthetic needs constantly changing. In the ever-changing information age, business cadres as cultural centers should think, keep pace with the times, innovate in order to better complete their own work, and do well in the training and counseling of cultural centers.
