为了解种植体周围炎厌氧菌致病机制,对9例患者的12个炎症龈组织标本,用兔抗厌氧消化链球菌(Ps.a)、牙龈卟啉菌(Pg)、中间型普氏菌(Pro.1)和小韦荣球菌(V.p)的多克隆抗血清,进行间接免疫荧光组织化学检测。结果发现,标本中Pg和Pro.i阳性荧光占75.0%,Ps.a占33.3%,V.p占41.7%。在龈组织棘细胞层和结缔组织内均可发现阳性荧光。结论:厌氧菌及其抗原可侵入到种植体周围炎龈组织内。
In order to understand the pathogenic mechanism of anaerobic bacteria around the implant, 12 specimens of inflammatory gingival tissues from 9 patients were immunized with rabbit anti-Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Ps.a), Pg, Polyclonal antiserum against Probacteria (Pro.1) and Vibrio cholerae (Vp) were detected by indirect immunofluorescence histochemistry. The results showed that Pg and Pro.i positive fluorescence accounted for 75.0%, Ps.a accounted for 33.3%, V.p accounted for 41.7%. Positive staining can be found in the gingival tissue spine cell layer and connective tissue. Conclusion: Anaerobic bacteria and their antigens can invade into the gingival tissue around the implant.
