基于CATIA二次开发中点误差控制算法实现及其应用

目前,航空企业中普遍存在大型模具曲面加工效率低和加工质量差的问题。为解决上述问题,本文提出了一种以高效的五轴数控加工算法——中点法为基础的解决方案。首先,分析中点误差控制算法的基本原理。然后,基于CATIA二次开发平台,通过利用C++语言编程来实现中点误差控制算法,并集成到CATIA V5的曲面加工模块。最后,以典型的航空蒙皮模具曲面为例进行了加工试验。结果表明,该算法不仅能够大幅提高蒙皮模具曲面的加工效率,而且改进了模具曲面的加工质量,并缩短后续手工抛磨的工作量。可见,该方法具有较强的工程应用价值,且能在航空企业内部进行推广应用。 At present, the aviation enterprises generally exist large-scale mold surface processing efficiency and poor processing quality problems. In order to solve the above problems, this paper presents a solution based on the mid-point method, an efficient five-axis CNC machining algorithm. First, we analyze the basic principle of midpoint error control algorithm. Then, based on the CATIA secondary development platform, midpoint error control algorithm is implemented by C ++ programming and integrated into CATIA V5 surface processing module. Finally, taking a typical aviation skin mold surface as an example, a machining test was carried out. The results show that this algorithm can not only greatly improve the processing efficiency of the surface of the skin mold, but also improve the processing quality of the mold surface and shorten the workload of subsequent manual polishing. Can be seen that the method has a strong engineering value, and can be promoted within the aviation industry.
