大豆孢囊线虫(Heteroderaglycines)孢囊密度,随大豆连作年数的增长而上升,5~6年达到高峰后出现衰退。同一病田种植一茬大豆、玉米和水稻后,孢囊密度各比前茬增95.0%,-56.4%和-90.4%;孢囊带真菌率分别增6.3%,23.6%和54.2%;发生频率最高的真菌分别是Fusariumsolani,Paecilomycessp.和无孢丝状菌。在3种轮作田间均发生孢囊的真菌有Acremoniumspp.Aureobasidiumpullulans,Cylindrocarpondestctuns,C.didymum,Fusariumsolani,F.oxysporum,Gliocladiumcatenulatum和G.roseum。
The cytoplasm density of Heteroderalycines increased with the number of years of continuous cropping and declined after the peak of 5-6 years.
