加强企业员工的思想道德建设,有利于企业的长远发展和稳定,对社会的稳定和谐起着举足轻重的作用。作为企业领导,要充分认识到加强员工思想道德建设,帮助企业员工树立正确的人生观、价值观,让员工成为企业的真正的主人,给企业的建设添砖加瓦,促进企业的和谐发展。本文主要结合笔者多年的工作经验,就如何加强企业员工思想道德建设进行探讨分析,从发扬创新精神,加强思想道德建设、以人本管理的原则,升华和谐文化理念、注重领导干部的道德建设、狠抓专项治理活动以及注重强化职业道德的奖罚机制五个方面出发,提出了几点应对策略,以期提升企业员工的思想道德水平,促进企业和谐发展,供广大同仁借鉴参考。
Strengthening employees’ ideological and ethical construction is conducive to the long-term development and stability of enterprises and plays an important role in the stable and harmonious society. As a business leader, we must fully understand that strengthening the ideological and moral construction of employees and helping employees establish a correct outlook on life and values so that employees become the real masters of the business, contribute to the building of enterprises, and promote the harmonious development of enterprises. Based on many years of work experience of the author, this article mainly explores and analyzes how to strengthen ideological and moral construction of employees. From the perspective of carrying forward the spirit of innovation, strengthening ideological and moral construction, taking people-oriented management as principle, and subliming the concept of harmonious culture, Pay close attention to special governance activities and emphasis on strengthening the reward and punishment of professional ethics five aspects, put forward a few strategies to improve the ideological and moral level of employees, and promote the harmonious development of enterprises, for the majority of my colleagues for reference.
