[目的]研究药用植物白花曼陀罗(Datura metel L.)和白屈菜(Chelidonium majus L.)对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌水浸液的杀菌效果。[方法]取当年生成熟白花曼陀罗和白屈菜植株,用沸水浸提法制成药液,以双黄连口服液为对照,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌进行杀菌研究。[结果]白花曼陀罗对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均无明显抑杀作用;白屈菜对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有明显的抑杀作用,但对金黄色葡萄球菌抑杀作用比对大肠杆菌的更强。[结论]白屈菜水浸液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有明显的抑杀作用,而白花曼陀罗水浸液无杀菌作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the bactericidal effect of medicinal plant Datura metel L. and Chelidonium majus L. on the bacteriostasis of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. [Method] The plants of Datura stramonensis and Celandine were produced in the same year, and the liquid medicine was made by the method of boiling water extraction. The bacteriostasis of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was studied with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid as control. [Result] Datura stramonium had no inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli; Celastrus had obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, but the inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli stronger. [Conclusion] The water extract of Celandine could obviously inhibit Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli while the water extract of Datura stramonium had no bactericidal effect.
