本文在简述急性白血病(AL)新的免疫学分型之后综述了各型的预后意义。T系和B系急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)各亚型与预后的关系密切,也较明确,但在儿童和成人病例各有不同。急性髓系白血病(AML)的免疫学表型与预后的关系至今仍是一个争论的问题。
This article reviews the prognostic significance of various types after briefly describing the new immunological typing of acute leukemia (AL). T- and B-type acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) subtypes are closely related to the prognosis, but also more clear, but in children and adults are different. The relationship between the immunophenotype and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is still an issue of debate.
