目的观察小剂量甲强龙辅助治疗重症支原体肺炎的疗效。方法将56例重症支原体肺炎患儿均进行支原体肺炎同等基础治疗,根据是否应用甲强龙(1-2mg.kg-1.d-1,疗程3-5d)分为治疗组和对照组,对比两组的退热时间、X线肺部实变影及胸腔积液吸收时间和住院时间。结果治疗组退热时间、X线肺部实变影及胸腔积液吸收时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量甲强龙辅助治疗重症支原体肺炎,可以显著改善患儿临床症状,缩短发热时间及X线肺部实变影及胸腔积液吸收时间,减少住院天数,疗效确切。
Objective To observe the efficacy of low-dose methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 56 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia were treated with the same basic treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. According to whether the use of methylprednisolone (1-2mg.kg-1.d-1, course of 3-5d) was divided into treatment group and control group, The two groups of antipyretic time, X-ray lung consolidation and pleural effusion absorption time and hospital stay. Results The antipyretic time, X-ray consolidation and pleural effusion absorption time and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion A small dose of methylprednisolone adjuvant therapy for severe mycoplasma pneumonia can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the time of fever and X-ray consolidation of the lungs and pleural effusion absorption time, reduce the number of days of hospitalization, the exact effect.
