现今,煤炭在我国的能源结构中占据了很大的比重,每年都需要开采出大量的煤炭以供消耗,我国浅层煤矿较少,煤矿大多都是埋藏在地底深处的,在进行煤炭地下开采的过程中,需要使用液压支架对矿洞进行支撑,从而保护采煤机和为操纵人员提供操作的空间,其在这个煤炭开采设备中占据着重要的地位,液压支架的控制现今采用的多是手动杆的控制方式,其控制全凭操作人员的经验,而且控制效率较低,因此,在现今煤炭开采越来越先进的今天需要通过PLC改造来提高对于煤矿液压支架的控制。

Therefore, in today’s increasingly advanced coal mining, it is necessary to improve the control of the hydraulic support for the coal mine through PLC transformation.
