本文简要介绍了新型硬质合金麻花钴的结构特点,对新型硬质合金麻花钴钻削时的轴向力、切削变形、加工效率、孔的加工精度和表面粗糙度、断屑性能等进行了试验,并与普通麻花钻进行了比较.试验结果表明,新型硬质合金麻花钴的切削性能明显优于普通麻花钻,是一种性能优秀的新钻型.
In this paper, the structure characteristics of the new type of cobalt carbide are briefly introduced, and the axial force, cutting deformation, processing efficiency, machining precision and surface roughness, chip breaking performance of the new type of tungsten carbide twist drill are studied The results show that the cutting performance of the new cobalt carbide twist is obviously better than that of the ordinary twist drill, which is a new drilling type with excellent performance.
