根据半自动测试仪的原理,本文提出了一种通过以IEEE—448接口程控技术为主,配合其它测控技术实现对半自动测试仪的微机自动测控,使之具有自动测试功能。介绍了一种基于这个原理的实例,实验结果表明这种方法是成功的。
According to the principle of semi-automatic tester, this paper presents a computer-based automatic measurement and control of semi-automatic tester with IEEE-448 interface program-controlled technology and other measurement and control technology to make it have automatic test function. An example based on this principle is introduced. The experimental results show that this method is successful.
