通过施用未腐解的有机物料来补充、更新、活化和逐渐累积土壤腐殖质,从而不断提高土壤肥力,乃是土壤培肥的一个重要课题。土壤腐殖质主要存在于有机无机复合体即重组有机质中,因此,研究施用不同性质的有机物料后重组有机质中腐殖质含量、组成以及与土壤无机部分复合状况的变化,可为如何有效提高土壤肥力提供一定的依据。材料和方法供试土壤有:河流冲积物发育的灰潮土,取自湖北后湖农场:下蜀系母质发育的黄棕壤,取自湖北新洲县。均取0—20cm表层土。
