“五水共治”不仅是浙江省环境问题整治的一项重要内容,同时也是浙江美丽乡村建设的一个关键性突破口。近年来,各地区纷纷针对水环境治理建立了河长制,其治水成效非常显著,同时也为美丽乡村建设工作奠定了扎实的基础。文中主要从该项制度出发,以绍兴市新昌县为个案来研究在该制度下的浙江美丽乡村建设的现状、经验以及相应的对策。 “Five water together” is not only an important part of the environmental protection in Zhejiang Province, but also a key breakthrough in the construction of beautiful countryside in Zhejiang. In recent years, all regions have set up a long river system for the treatment of water environment, and the effect of water control is very significant. At the same time, it has laid a solid foundation for the beautiful rural construction. Starting from this system, this paper takes Xinchang County, Shaoxing City as a case study to study the status quo, experience and corresponding countermeasures of the beautiful rural construction in Zhejiang under the system.
